Clinical Herbal Round Table

Are you a practicing herbalist? These discussion groups are for herbalists looking to deepen their clinical skills by participating in round tables! We will meet for 90 minutes each month to evaluate a particular subject and review cases together. Native Herbal Plant Walk

Indiana forests are vibrant and full of many important edible wild medicinals. Learn how to identify these plants, their historical and modern day uses in food and medicine, and their importance in sustainable ecology. Herbalist Taylor Jeffers will introduce native medicinal plants and offer her expertise in conscious harvesting and medicinal uses. Jack Cathcart, owner of Oiko, a Bloomington environmental restoration service will teach identification, food uses, and environmental pearls of wisdom. We will meet at Trail Head 5 in Wolf Cave Parking and hike the 2 mile (round trip) hike ranked as a moderate trail type.

Join Rebel Studio and clinical herbalist Taylor Jeffers with Lionhearted Herbals in learning about how herbs can heal your stress, sleep, and mood. This class will walk you through the world of herbs to balance, uplift, and support the nervous system and adrenals. Whether you’re a new mom, have a stressful career, or a student experiencing burnout- this class is for you. Gain confidence in picking the right herbs for you by creating your own custom herbal tea blend after Taylor teaches about the various herbal nervines and adaptogens.

This class is $10 per person which includes a 2.5 ounce bag of tea to take home. This is equal to approximately 20 servings! Additional tea blends can be purchased during the workshop for $5. Space will be limited and tickets must be purchased in advance.

As a vendor I will be there to offer medicinal herb plant starts, herbal medicines, unique herbal preparations, and great conversation as an experienced herbalist.
